Privacy policy
Last updated November 4, 2026
Traqly helps creators and coaches see which content leads to booked calls and payments. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. "We" means Traqly; "you" means a Traqly customer; "visitors" means the people who click your links or visit your site.
What we collect from you
- Your account details: name, email address, and a password or your Google account id if you sign in with Google. From Google we receive only your name, email and whether it's verified.
- Keys and tokens you connect (Calendly, Cal.com, Google Calendar, Stripe, Whop, Slack). We store them encrypted and use them only to read bookings and payments or send your alerts.
- Settings, links and the content you create in Traqly.
What we collect on your behalf about visitors
- Clicks on your Traqly links and visits to pages where you installed our snippet: time, page, referring site, device type and a random visitor id stored in a cookie.
- Emails visitors submit in your forms, and bookings and payments from the tools you connect (name, email, time, amount).
For visitor data you are the controller and we act as your processor. You are responsible for telling your visitors about tracking, for example in your own privacy policy.
How we use data
- To show you which content led to calls and payments, and to send the alerts you turn on.
- To run, secure and improve Traqly.
We don't sell data, and we don't use your data or your visitors' data to advertise to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run Traqly: Render (servers and database), Cloudflare (network and the dashboard), and, if you use them, Resend (alert emails), Slack and the booking and payment tools you connect. Each gets only what it needs.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active. Delete a connection and we stop using its keys immediately. Close your account and we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
- Disconnect any integration at any time from Connections.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, at hello@traqly.ai.
- Visitors can ask you, or us, to delete data about them.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS. Provider keys are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to what's needed to run the service.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
