These terms cover your use of Traqly. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Traqly gives you tracked links, a site snippet and integrations that show which content leads to calls and payments. We may change or improve features over time.

Your account

• Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Give us accurate information, and only connect accounts you're allowed to connect.

Your data and your visitors

• You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide Traqly to you.
• You're responsible for having the right to collect visitor data on your sites and links, including any consent and notices your laws require.

Acceptable use

Don't use Traqly to break the law, send spam, deceive people, hide malicious links, or interfere with the service or other customers.

Fees

If you're on a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown when you subscribe. Plans renew until you cancel.

Availability

We work to keep Traqly running, including your tracked links, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

Traqly is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can close your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After closing, we delete your data as described in our privacy policy.

Changes

We'll tell you before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Traqly afterwards means you accept them.
